T-74, Farewells, April-May 1999 Farewells are difficult to cover in illustrations. I had this illustration in my portfolio and found that it was very close in feeling to farewells. She seems to be waiting for someone, as if having said fare thee well 'til next time that we should meet, instead of farewell for ever. As can be seen by the date, this illustration dates from 1986. It was a pencil sketch on bond paper that was inked using steel-nibbed pens of the kind used for technical draughting. The APAcalypse logo was temporarily pasted onto the original drawing to make the best possible copies.
